All apartments include an entire kitchen equipment with microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, ceran cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, towels, flat TV with radio function, free WiFi and 2 balconies or terrace.

We can deliver fresh bread every day after pre-ordering. Sauna, Ski- and Shoe-room with heated shoe dryer are free to use, as well as the parking lots directly at the house . . . and the slope.

Local tax: € 2,50 per person and night from the age of 16. Crib: € 10,– per night

Price per apartment and night in Euro incl. taxes, water, electricity and heating for the entire stay without meals and city tax.

Arrival / departure:
The rooms are available on arrival at the latest 15:00 pm.
On departure day we ask you to vacate the room at 10:00 am.
Please let us know by phone or e-mail when you are planning to arrive.

Cancellation policy:
Unfortunately it often happens differently than planned, and the booked holiday has to be canceled or terminated prematurely. Therefore, we recommend  a cancellation protection insurance.
